We stayed in the Saule cottage at Les Limornieres in July 2011. Our 3 daughters (ages 11, 13, 13) really enjoyed all the books and toys - trampoline, tether ball, bikes - as well as watching the bunnies and chickens. My husband and I found it the perfect place to relax after 5 days in Paris. We all wished we booked more than 4 nights!

Loire Valley countryside
Our family just stayed at Chez Ania, at Les Limornieres 37350 le Grand Pressigny in the Loire Valley countryside. It was wonderful and we would highly recommend it. It is great for families with children, but adults as well. The hosts, Nicole and Alex, are warm and welcoming. We drove in from Paris and arrived to find local treat waiting: wine, bread, butter, jam, fresh eggs, milk, OJ and coffee! What a delight. The gardens are gorgeous, there are chickens and a bunny for the kids to play with. There is also a play area with a trampoline, swings, hammock, tether ball, etc. We had such a lovely time that we wished we could have stayed longer than just 3 days. Please e-mail me with any questions, as I would love to encourage anyone to stay and enjoy themselves as we did.
